Meet
Jen Kraft, M.Ed., LBS, BCBA

I started Krafted Care because families deserve support that honors who their child is—not who someone else thinks they should become.

When families begin looking for ABA services, they're often overwhelmed. They may have been placed on waitlists, received conflicting advice, or felt pressured toward approaches that don't reflect their values or their child's needs.

I founded Krafted Care ABA because I believed families deserved something different.

After years working directly with children, families, and clinical teams, I saw how difficult it could be to find care that was both effective and genuinely compassionate. Too often, services became focused on compliance, productivity, and checklists instead of the child sitting in front of us.

At Krafted Care, we take a different approach.

We believe meaningful progress happens when children feel respected, families feel heard, and clinicians have the training and support needed to provide thoughtful, individualized care.

Our goal is simple: to help children build skills, confidence, and independence while honoring who they are.

For families, that means a trusted partner who listens, collaborates, and walks alongside you every step of the way.

Why Families Choose Krafted Care

Most ABA practices are focused on compliance, protocols, and profit. We're focused on kids, families, and doing this right.
Child-Led,
Not Compliance-Driven
We follow your child's interests and respect their autonomy. If they say no, we honor that. We're not here to force compliance—we're here to support authentic growth on their terms.
Boutique By Design
We're intentionally small because quality care can't be mass-produced. Limited caseloads mean your child gets real attention, and our team doesn't burn out. Quality over quantity, always.
Identity Affirming
We celebrate neurodiversity. We honor your child's authentic identity. We never ask kids to suppress who they are to make others comfortable. Different isn't less—it's just different.
